It is not difficult to disable comments from a certain post. Firstly, navigate to the "Posts" screen on your admin area. Then click the "Quick Edit" button that is visible when you hover the mouse to the target post.

After that, you will see an inline edit block under the post title, where many items about the post can be reset. Shown as below, what you need to do is uncheck the "Allow Comments" option to disable comments from this post.

Turn off comments on multiple posts or pages

In the very beginning, go to "All Posts"> "Posts" on the sidebar of your dashboard and you will jump to a new page where all posts are accessible. Click the checkbox next to the "Title" option to have all your posts selected. In the next, open the "Bulk Actions" drop-down list, choose "Edit", and click the "Apply" button as below.

Open the "Comment" drop-down list, choose "Do not allow", and you are done. Remember to hit the "Update" button to enable the changes.
