Add a Link to a Privacy Policy Page in a WordPress Site

Most WordPress themes allow you to add a link to your privacy policy page in the footer area of your WordPress site. There are two ways for you to add a link to your policy page or terms of service.

The first method is to simply add the following code to the footer.php file in your WordPress theme. If you are worried about the impact on your WordPress site, we advise you to create a backup for your footer.php file.
