The biggest problem with HostUpon real-human support, however, is the shortage of hands. With about 10 support staffs only, you may be able to get fast responses to tickets, chats and calls, but the solutions will come slowly especially when the problem is a little bit complicated. The support staff is also responsible for all other operations, after all.
